That's right. Joel Davies, of Toms River and Whiting, New Jersey totally pulled one over on Judge Patricia Delbueno Cleary of the Monmouth County Chancery Court.
Actually, he pulled two over Judge Cleary who was either asleep at the helm or worse. First, Joel Davies defied Judge Cleary's Order regarding an accounting of a Trust. Then Joel Davies demonstrated that Judge Cleary is either TOTALLY incompetent . . . OR Joel Davies is one of the most corrupt attorneys in New Jersey.
You see, he handles Wills and Estates. In this case, he was working for Rob Fishman, who forged his parents Wills, with the help of two other attorneys, Mayor Adam Schneider of Long Branch and Paul Ritz, a real slimeball attorney that was last known to be working out of a box in West Long Branch.
With knowledge of all of this, Joel Davies needed to figure out a way to help Rob Fishman retain the stolen assets of his parents and cut out his siblings from the Will. Joel Davies submitted FALSE Proof of Service documents to the Court, and Rob Fishman walked away clean as a whistle, after stealing his parents assets and cutting out his brother and sister from their parents' assets . . . and personal property . . . like pictures!
So if you're looking for a scumbag attorney to do your dirty work, contact the firm of Taff & Davies in Toms River or Whiting. Ask for the Chief Scumbag, and they will put you right through.
However, if you are looking for competent attorney, steer clear of Taff & Davies.
As for judges, beware of you are assigned to Judge Patricia Delbueno Cleary on the Chancery Division in Monmouth County. She not only fails to enforce her orders, but she allows attorneys to pull fees out of a Trust without notifying the beneficiary and then she fails to enforce her own Orders.

This guy is not only a total loser, but he will cost you money and leave you with grief. "Mr Davies gives a first impression that he cares about you as a client. He did not do any research on our case. The research our family did, we had given it to Mr. Davies, hoping to help our side of the case and he handed it over to the opposition. He also charged considerable fees for court appearances that we know for fact he never attended. When confronted on this, he claimed he put in much more time than what we were billed to justify the expense. We hired Mr. Davies in 2000, when the estate was settled in 2003 there was still a loose end that needed to tied up. It is now 2008 and the loose end is still hanging. Mr. Davies feels if we want to pursue the matter we need to pay him another $1500.00+. The family feels we paid him to do a job and he did not complete the job. We have since had to hire another attorney to try to finish this matter. Mr. Davies does not put the into your case unless there is a large profit in it for him. Who is Attorney (Scumbag) Joel Davies of Toms River, NJ?
To begin with, he is not an honest person. So if you are looking for an attorney that will do anything for a buck, this is your guy. He is one of the biggest scumbags we have ever run across.
He claims to be practicing for over 20 years in Monmouth and Ocean
County, NJ, I guess the key word here is . . . practicing. He not only has failed to master the finer mechanics of law, but he flaunts his disrespect for the law.
In his bio, he claims to have broad legal experience, but his actions in probating Joseph and Lena Fishman's estates demonstrates that this man knows how to exclude beneficiaries and protect an Executor that has criminal conduct on his mind.
You've really got to cringe when you read in his bio that he is a member of the Bar Association Ethics Committee, when he clearly has falsified Proof of Service and made no reasonable attempt to locate the proper beneficiaries.
Then when it comes time to make an accounting of the Fishman estates, Joel Davies pockets a few thousand more from the estates' assets and agrees to whatever his criminal client, Rob Fishman, wants. Joel Davies is probably one of the most greedy and evil attorneys you will ever meet. But if you need someone to help you steal assets from an estate, and misdirected assets in probate, this scumbag is for you.
Here are excerpts from his website bio. I'd read all of this with a bit of caution, considering he has committed fraud on the court, I would not put it past him to embellish his bio with kaka.

Rob Fishman is the younger son of Joseph and Lena Fishman who passed away in 2011. Rob had an older brother and a younger sister, yet he decided to steal his parents' assets, then forge new Wills and steal from his brother's Medical Trust.
His first attorneys, Mayor Adam Schneider and Paul Ritz of Monmouth County, were the attorneys that assisted Rob in forging the Wills and arranging for a Notary and two Witnesses to perjure themselves. But when they felt the heat, they stepped aside, and Joel Davies took on the task of assisting Rob Fishman in hiding and continuing his criminal activity.
When Rob Fishman was caught red handed trying to probate forged Wills, he pulled back and did nothing. He refused to provide his brother and sister with an accounting of the estates, even though Rob Fishman was the Executor.
Finally, when things quieted down, Rob Fishman, with the slimy assistance of Joel Davies, probated the Wills . . . without having to worry about Rob's older brother. You see, Joel Davies simply falsified the Proof of Service, so Rob's older brother never knew the Wills were being probated.
Absent any objections, the judge approved the probate of the estates, even though Rob Fishman had just stolen and hid the bulk of the assets, and then failed to properly divide what was left. All of this under the direction of Joel Davies, one of the scummiest attorneys you will ever meet.
